The Laboratory
Our journey begins in Yvorne, where we source premium cannabis flowers destined for our advanced facility in Charrat. There, we employ cutting-edge technology and industry-leading practices to transform part of these high-quality plants into exceptional CBD products, while retaining premium full-flowers for our customers. All flowers comply with the legally allowed THC percentage.

Extraction & Distillation
In Charrat, we extract cannabinoids using solvent-based methods such as ethanol or isopropanol. The resulting extracts are refined into full- and broad-spectrum crude, distillate and oil formulations, ensuring purity, consistency and full compliance with Swiss legal limits.

Our Products
Alponics provides a diverse range of CBD products, meticulously tailored to meet your specific needs — from crude to distillate. We also specialize in creating custom formulations of CBD, CBG, or a combination of both, using various bases such as MCT oil, hempseed oil, olive oil, and more. Our formulations can be adjusted to achieve the desired percentages of CBD and CBG, and they are available in both full-spectrum and broad-spectrum options. Additionally, we offer both white-label solutions and the opportunity to sell our own branded products.

Crude
Crude is our first-stage cannabis extract, produced using solvent-based extraction methods. Rich in cannabinoids and terpenes, it serves as the raw material for further refinement into distillates or formulated products.

Distillate
Production of cannabis-derived CBD distillate begins with raw extraction. The process then undergoes wintering to remove residual impurities (fats, lipids, etc.), decarboxylation to activate the cannabinoids, and distillation to purify the target cannabinoid (typically CBD) to a high-purity state.

Isolates
CBD isolate is the CBD molecule in its purest form. It contains no cannabinoids other than cannabidiol. During the extraction process, all substances are removed or filtered from the hemp plant except for CBD. Isolate contains over 99% cannabidiol.
