CBD OILS
With our 1807 Blends brand, we offer Full Spectrum CBD oils. But at Alponics we also have the ability to produce Broad Spectrum oils or even CBD isolate oil, depending on your needs.
CBD oil drops typically are dispensed through a glass dropper and are becoming increasingly popular due to their ease of use. These formulations can be combined with other flavored natural extracts to enhance the flavor of the blend and/or to provide additional health benefits.

DRIED FLOWERS
After drying and curing (also known as "maturation"), the CBD cannabis flower still holds all the properties and virtues of the plant, but it is now ready to be consumed or sold.
Drying and curing are important processes to ensure that the cannabis flower is enjoyable to consume, with all the properties of the plant in its purest and most natural state.As it contains a high amount of cannabinoids such as CBD, it is very efficient for extraction and therefore can also be used for the production of CBD oils.
CBD DISTILLATE
The production of Cannabis CBD distillate begins with raw extraction. The process then goes through wintering to get rid of remaining impurities (fats, lipids, etc.), decarboxylation to activate the cannabinoids and distillation to purify the desired cannabinoid (usually CBD) into a pure state.
The distillate may go through this process several times to create the purest substance possible. Some minor traces of other cannabinoids and terpenes may remain.
CBD isolate
CBD isolate is the CBD molecule in its purest form. In fact, CBD isolate contains no cannabinoids other than cannabidiol. During the extraction process, all substances are removed or filtered from the hemp plant except for CBD. CBD isolate contains >99% Cannabidiol.

OUR white labeling service
Alponics offers a wide variety of CBD oils under white label. This service is 100% adjustable to your needs.
We create your CBD with different bases such as olive oil, coconut MCT, hemp or rapeseed oil. Our laboratory also allows you to adjust the percentage of CBD per liter (3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 38)
Packaging is at the customer’s choice either in 10ml bottles or in one liter bottles. If you opt for the small 10ml bottles, our laboratory technician will clean, disinfect and sterilize the bottles before filling them in our constantly decontaminated laboratory.
In order to personalize your oils to the maximum, we also offer services such as the addition of cannabinoids (CBG, CBN, CBC) or the addition of flavors (raspberry, honey, lemon, mint, orange, etc.) to your oils.

Winterization of crude oils
Cannabis and hemp contain many compounds, such as plant waxes, fats, lipids and chlorophyll, that must be removed before the distillation stage. If these compounds are not removed, the purity of the targeted cannabinoids you are trying to capture will be reduced, making them less transparent and lowering the percentage of THC/CBD in the final product. The purity of the cannabinoids will be lower and the distillate will be less transparent, which will hurt the value of your product.
Winterization of crude oils is a process that uses a solvent and cold temperatures to separate the lipids and other desired oil compounds from the waxes. The process involves dissolving the extract in ethanol, then placing the mixture in a -80 degree freezer to cool.
FILTRATION
Filtration is normally assisted by a vacuum to help pull the winterized crude through the filter. Filtration must also be rapid, as it must be kept cold to prevent lipids and waxes from dissolving into the solution. If sub-zero temperatures are not maintained, the waxes, lipids and fats will not separate and the winterization of the oil cannot be done effectively.
Short path distillation
Short circuit distillation is a simple technique that consists of making the distillate travel a short distance. This distillation is done under pressure, which lowers the boiling point of the liquid.
The process of using CBD and THC is often called short distance fractional distillation. During the distillation process, we can extract the hundreds of compounds in cannabis individually, as each compound has a different boiling point. Once the extraction is complete, we can add together the known compounds you want in order to get the best product for the customer.
